You want to talk Hamburger? Talk the Tiger Burger! This is for the hungry - it’s a double meat cheeseburger WITH fries! The burger alone is a feast! Don't forget to add the green chili! Hi D Ho has been serving Alamogordo and the Tularosa Basin since 1952! They have a fine selection of Burgers, Dogs, Sandwiches, Baskets, Salads and yeah, Mexican Food. I must admit, I always get the Tiger Burger with green chili and cheese. The restaurant is somewhat tucked off of White Sands Blvd., on the north west side, right next door to the Papa John pizza restaurant. Prepared to order! Hi D Ho's staff is always courteous, and right on the money! For an old fashioned feeling/treat/service - try them! Best bang for the buck too!!!

If you love burgers, you will love the Hi D Ho. Authentic and nostalgic Drive-IN Dining. Careful not to spill your food in your lap. It is kinda hard eating in the car.

So much better than the chain restaurants. The green chili on a Tiger burger is delicious (and hard to finish). Drive in style or sit inside or out. One of the best burgers I have had in my travels.
